JustPetStrollers.com and Metropawlis are committed to the happiness of
you and your pet. In the event any of our products do
not live up to your expectations, please call
or e-mail us for return authorization as noted
below. Here are links to specific portions of our return

PURCHASES
MADE FROM OTHER SITES or RETAILERS: This would
seem to go without saying, but since some folks have tried to
return items purchased elsewhere: We will not accept
returns of items purchased from another retailer. Not every
online retailer (or offline retailer) has return policies as
fair as ours, so if you purchase elsewhere you must deal with
your original seller. When arranging for and accepting
returns, we will require our order number for verification
purposes. RETURN
POLICIES: Please be sure to carefully inspect
your products prior to use. Our policies for returns are
as follows:

Shipping fees: Standard
shipping for all of our pet strollers is available at no
cost within the continental United States. If you
choose to pay for
expedited shipping, please note that all shipping fees
are non-refundable.

Defective/Damaged products:
We carefully review each and every product and will not
offer it to you unless it first meets our expectations.
If you should receive a defective or damaged product, do
not ship the product back before
calling
or e-mailing us. You must alert
us within three days of receipt of you order. One
of the following processes will be followed depending upon
the situation:

If the box is damaged: We must
follow the UPS Claims Process in order to appropriately
process your replacement. UPS may request to inspect
the damaged box or may simply arrange for its return.
We will make arrangements to send you a replacement unit
immediately.

If the product is damaged or defective:
We may send you replacement parts, if appropriate, or will
arrange to send you a replacement unit immediately.
- If you no longer want the
product and wish to return rather than replace the product:
Our typical return policies will apply; you will be
responsible for shipping charges back on the item and may be
charged restocking fees of up to 25% of purchase price.

Unopened products:
Within
30 days of receipt of your order, you may return
unopened products
for a full refund. Items must be returned in the
original undamaged and unopened packaging. Purchasers are
responsible for shipping costs back to our store. We
will refund your total, entire purchase price--no deductions
will be made for restocking fees or for our original
shipping costs to you. NOTE: In order for
Just Pet Strollers to keep our prices so low and shipping
free with the continental U.S., we must strictly enforce the
"Unopened" policy! Any opened products can only be returned within 30 days per the
policies below.

Opened products:
If you
have opened the package are
disappointed in the product for any reason within
30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products for a
refund less a 25% restocking fee. Return
shipping of opened products is at purchaser's expense.
(Please note that these products will be disposed of or sold
as used in our Milwaukee store an not offered to our online
customers as new.)

Exchanges: In the event you
would like to exchange one per stroller model for another
due to reasons other than defect, please note that our 25%
restocking fee will be waived. However, you will be
responsible for shipping fees associated with returning the
original stroller back to us. Once the returned stroller is
received in our warehouse you will be credited for the
original order minus shipping costs from our warehouse on
the replacement stroller. Exchanges must be made within
30 days of receipt of the original stroller.
Returns must include original receipt,
any warranty documentation (uncompleted), and the original packing
materials, box, and/or tags.
If you wish to
cancel an order, you may do so within two hours of
placing the order. Cancellations must be made by telephone
(414.273.7387) and not via e-mail. If you call to cancel
the order outside of our normal business hours, please leave a
voice mail message with your cancellation request (including
your name and the items ordered), and we will process your
cancellation at the beginning of the following business
day. Cancellations received later than two hours after
order placement may need to be handled as a return if the item
has already been shipped.
Should you refuse receipt of an item or if
the item is undeliverable based on the address you provide,
credit will be issued for the item, minus actual shipping
charges.
Holiday shipping alert: While you can pay for expedited
delivery, please be aware that our normal free ground
shipping should result in your item being delivered arrive
in 3 to 7 business days after ordering. However, due to
heavy volumes during the holiday season, shipments may take
longer to arrive at their destination. Our recommendations
for in-time delivery for the holidays are:

Order by 12PM/Noon CST on 12/15: To
guarantee delivery by Christmas if
you choose to use our free
UPS ground shipping option.

After December
15th: If you opt for Ground Shipping, you may
get your package in time but we cannot guarantee it (and
we'd hate to disappoint anyone on Christmas morning!) Or,
you may choose to pay for expedited
shipping. We offer 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air,
or Next-Day Air Saver during checkout. If getting your gift
before the big day is essential and you have fewer than 10
days left, we'd highly recommend you consider an expedited
option, not because we cannot fulfill your orders promptly
(which we will since all items are in stock), but because of
the delays that can be caused by heavy holiday shipping
volumes. Please
see our Shipping Policies for more information on expedited
shipping.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PET STROLLERS WITHIN
48 STATES: We offer free shipping on all pet
stroller via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous states. We make every effort to ship orders in a
timely fashion. Items will generally be shipped within one business
day of your
order. Our customers consistently compliment us on our
speed of shipping!
EXPEDITED RUSH SHIPPING AVAILABLE:
If your
order is a rush, you may select 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or
Next-Day Air Saver during checkout unless item is marked "Ground Only". Rush delivery is
charged at actual delivery cost to you. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery may be available but must be placed by phone. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To calculate the cost of rush shipping:

Select the desired item and proceed to
checkout. (Shipping costs vary by ship-to address
and product selected due to different sizes and weights.)

On the first page of the checkout process,
enter your address, select a shipping option, and click the
"Apply" button.

You will be presented with costs for
the different shipping options, along with an "N/A' for
Ground. All ground shipping is free in the continental US..

After reviewing the shipping options and
costs, be sure to select the one you want and click the
"Apply" button. Check the fees in the "Your Order" box
at the upper right to verify your preferred shipping option
has been selected.

Click "Continue" to proceed through
Checkout.
Please note: Rush orders will be
shipped out in the same day the order is received if your
order is submitted by Noon Central time Monday through Friday.
All other orders are shipped the following business day.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Please note that JustPetStrollers.com and Metropawlis LLC are
not responsible for shipping delays after items have left our
warehouse. The UPS package delivery guarantee does NOT apply
when transportation networks are disrupted due to, for
example, bad weather, train derailments, etc.
JustPetStrollers.com and Metropawlis LLC will not reimburse
customer for expedited shipping charges due to delays beyond
our control.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII:
The costs for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
will be calculated at the time of purchase. The costs
quoted are based on the item you selected (weight and size)
and the destination. All costs are quoted at actual
shipping expense with no markup of handling fees added.
For orders outside the United States, please

or e-mail us so we can determine appropriate shipping
processes and costs.
SHIPPING NON-PET STROLLER ITEMS:
Your order may be divided into multiple
shipments, but this will not impact the shipping cost.
Shipping costs are based on the dollar amount
of the items you purchase. The costs for shipping within

BACKORDERED ITEMS
In the event that you select a backordered item,
we will contact you to alert you about the delay. You can
cancel the order, should you wish. We will ship the item
to you as quickly as possible, and your credit cart will not be
charged until the item is shipped.
SALES TAX
We will collect sales tax only for residents
of Wisconsin (since this is where we are based, and we must
legally collect these sales taxes).
SECURITY
Our store uses Yahoo! Stores for all security
and order processing. The page on which you enter your
credit card is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology, the standard for secure Internet transactions. To
verify security, you should be able to see a picture of a small
lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser screen. This
means that your information is secure and safe.
